Pancakes for the Saturday morning


Everyone good morning or afternoon or evening already! How are you? 
Today finally starting Saturday, that's great! When Saturday morning as not want to lie in bed a little longer, and then something hot breakfast, homemade and delicious. I have something for you, it's Pancake! Are you ready? Let's go!

 Our ingredients for today: 

Flour - 500 gr 
Sour milk (yogurt) - 500 ml 
Eggs - 2 pcs. 
Baking powder - 1 tsp 
Soda - 1/2 tsp 
White sugar - 2 tbsp. spoon 
Melted butter - 2 tbsp. spoon 
Salt - 1 tsp 
Vanillin - 1 tbsp. spoon
* You know the recipe said nothing about vanilla, but I love to create something new, I decided to add a little vanilla to the dough and it was a good idea! When Pancake were almost ready, the aroma was incredible, the whole apartment. Try to be sure :)

So, to start Melt the butter. 
* I do not know how much butter you need to work out 2 tbsp. of melted butter, I took a piece here,






















 but give in too large, somewhere around I got a 3.5  tablespoons of melted butter. So I advise you not afraid that the butter will be is not enough.

Now BEAT eggs with mixer



























Add sugar.




















BEAT to a smooth fluffy mass. Add salt, yogurt and vanilla.






















Now proceed to the granular mass, for this we need to mix flour, baking powder and soda.















By adding a little flour in our dough. Good BEAT mixer to a solid mass. 




















And at the end add the melted butter.































Our dough is ready! Now baking!

Heat the frying pan
* Use a small pan size, it will simplify and improve your Pancakes
When the pan is hot enough, pour our batter. 
* Do not pour too much dough, because during baking Pancake increase in size of about 2-2.5. 
Bake at our Pancake moderate medium heat, so they were ready inside. And now the main task. How to know when it should turn Pancake? It is very simple on the surface bubbles should appear, if they took the entire surface of Pancake, he is ready to back him. 
* I love these bubbles, it is extremely good. I love to watch as they appear on their own. All the same, cooking is a very large and incredible art ;) 



















On the other side takes less time for baking. Cooking Pancake with just a test and that's it!

Pancake can be eaten with a variety of products: fruit, cream, honey and butter, chocolate, nutella, jam, syrup, powdered sugar, as with anything you love ♥

"Muffin with banana and Nutella"

The first day of May, welcome all to this day! Today I decided to make a muffin, our favorite muffin with banana and Nutella, yum-yum;) muffin - it is an easy way to make delicious, creative and a good dessert, turn on our imagination and begin! ;)


Our ingredients:
Flour - 400 grams
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Soda - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Ripe bananas - 2
White sugar - 100 grams
Brown sugar - 100 grams
Eggs - 1
Oil - 50 grams
Vanilla - 2 tsp
Nuttela
Toothpicks (not brushing after eating our muffin ^^ learn why we need them)


 Turn oven to 180 degrees locker. First, make a mixture. In a separate utensils add the flour.























Add baking powder and baking soda.


 Mix everything.























The next step is: bananas in small pieces to put in another bowl. Turn the blender and make a banana smoothie.


























To puree add 2 sugars (white and brown)






















 Beat our weight 1 egg.




















Add the oil and vanilla.


























Mix with a mixer until smooth.





















Then gradually pour flour mixture. All is well mixed.
* It is better to divide the flour mixture into 3 partes and add to the puree weight on one side, then whipped with a mixer and keep everything the same until you add all the flour.























And now, we take our molds for cake / muffin and fill them 3/4 of our dough. So about 14 muffins (depending on the size molds)
* I used silicone muffin molds for. But dear suitable form for cupcakes that you have at home. If you have a paper molds, insert them in the usual form, it will ease your work (explain below why)

And now proceed to nutella. One teaspoon lay at the center of muffin nutella toothpick and gently mix dough with nutella.
* Honestly, for me it was difficult  when I did this part of the recipe. In the recipe for which I did them, it was said, "nutella mix with the dough," but its all not so easy when it comes to practice :) If nutella mix with the dough, it settles to the bottom, so I tried to put a little toothpick nutella on the surface of muffin in the form of stars or the sun We have improved our culinary and artistic abilities at the same time :)






















The main part is complete. Bake muffins in the oven for 20-25 minutes. (baking time depends on your oven)





















To remove from the muffin molds, they must be cool. If you use paper molds, with this you will have no problems ;)






















Carefully pull out of our muffin on a plate. Now it's time to decorate our muffin, add some accessories for them :)
* I decided to make whipped cream. This cold cream (100 ml) Beat mixer until thick foam and add white sugar (to your taste). Pour the whipping cream into muffin, top to decorate a variety of fruits, grated chocolate, colored powder or leave just .
Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeees, muffins with banana and nutella ready! Enjoy delicious  muffins, and I went to wash the dishes (oh,after baking so many dirty dishes left, but the muffins are worth it^^) ...with you was Yana. DO MEETING!!!
