Two-color pie with strawberry sauce♥
This pie is perfect for a summer day, I advise everyone to try to do it, you'll love it! For me, it was strange to do to tart sauce. Um what? But the taste of the pie with sauce unforgettable, in the stomach butterflies fly and shoot fireworks :)
Two-color pie with strawberry sauce












Ingredients:
dough:
Butter - 110 g
Sugar - 1 cup
Light cream (or plain yogurt) - 400 ml
Vanilla - 1 tsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Flour - 1.5 cups
4 egg whites
Dark chocolate - 60 g
Strawberry Sauce:
Strawberry - 500 g
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Water - 1/4 cup
Fresh lemon juice - 2 tablespoons

1. Turn the oven to 175 degrees. Grease the form of butter on top and sprinkle with flour.













2. We turn to our dough. First you need to beat the butter and sugar (it is better to do a mixer)















3. Add the cream to the dough, vanilla (you can use vanilla sugar, but add more than vanillin, about 1.5-2 tsp) Mix well.













4.And now we'll do the flour mixture. Sift the flour into a separate bowl and add the baking powder. Stir the mixture.













5. Add the flour mixture to the dough, but do not add all at once. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
















6.At this time, put the dark chocolate in a water bath. In a separate bowl, beat whites in a very dense foam.
















*You see what a beautiful pattern of protein, cooking has many of its own beauty and art. Oh my God, I love it :)

7. Add the beaten egg whites to the dough and gently moving up and down and mix.
8. In a separate vessel, add 1/3 dough.













9. By this time the chocolate has melted and now add it to the dough. Mix well.


















10. We sum up our pie. Spill half of the white dough into shape and smooth with a spatula.













11. Spill the chocolate mixture on top and the rest white dough.
12.Now, carefully drive over the dough with a knife, making different patterns. It should look approximately like this:














13.We send our cake in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
14. Yes, the pie is ready. Remove it from the oven and allow to cool.














* How you can see, our pie is so wonderful, yay we made it! :)
15. While pie cools we do strawberry sauce. To do this, wash the strawberries, cleaned out and cut.













16.Lay out all the strawberries in a pot, add water, sugar and lemon juice. Bring to a boil the sauce. Give it to cool.














17. Mode pie and enjoy our work done.
* Top of the pie has a beautiful pattern , and inside the chocolate dough with white creates wonderful culinary picture ^ ^














18.Serve an a piece of pie on a plate, pour the strawberry sauce on top. You'll see how it tastes.

"Baked turkey leg and mashed potatoes"
Are you ready for a delicious dinner? Then let's see what we have for today. So, I offer you baked turkey leg and mashed potatoes, oh yum!


Ingredients:
- Roasted turkey leg
Turkey leg
(Turkey legs weighing 2,068 kg, was too much for a family dinner, so I divided it into 4 pieces and only use 2)
Mustard - 30 ml
Seasoning (salt, black pepper, piri-piri, dried parsley, nutmeg - in itself a very, very fragrant, so do not let yogo too much, cumin)
Vegetable oil
- Mashed potatoes (Since childhood we have all come to love mashed potatoes, it is perfect with meats, fish and even with all, potatoes is our life :)
Potatoes - 6 medium
Butter -100 g
Cream - 200 ml
Salt

1. To start up loans meat. Rinse it under cold water. Pat dry with paper towel. And turn on the oven to 200 degrees.
2. Mix all the spices together.
3. Grease spice mixture on all sides of turkey.
4. Spread mustard turkey
* I decided to make it a turkey with mustard because I saw many marinade recipes for turkey with mustard, I tasted,  came out very well, see for yourself :)
5. Brush the pan with oil and lay out our turkey.











6. Put it in the oven for 1-1.5 hours.
* Do not forget to follow the turkey every 20 minutes. After the first 20 minutes can be reduced to 170 degrees, for turkey baked well.

7. And now we can do our mashed potatoes. Peel the potatoes. Rinse and chop it into small pieces.
8. Fill with water so that it is completely covered all the potatoes.
9. Place on a high heat and when the water comes to a boil, season with salt, cover and cook over medium heat for 20-30 minutes.
10. Our potatoes are cooked and the turkey is ready, turn off the oven and let the turkey be there a little more.


11.Put the cream on the fire, but do not boil them. Add butter in potatoes.

* Do you feel this indescribable flavor of potatoes and melted butter , oh my God, it's great :)





















12. Mash the potatoes into a puree. Season with salt.

13. Pour in the cream and mix  good mashed potatoes, to avoid lumps (you can use a blender, it do your work more easy)




















14. Well, now serving meals. Cut the turkey into small pieces. Put mashed potatoes on a plate and side slices of turkey.

* This time I did not use the sauce for the turkey, but you can experiment and add something of my own :)

P. S. Oh yeah, almost forgot, do not worry if you do not get super tender turkey. Since turkey leg has a lot of muscles and this do meat is a little tough.

TIRAMISU


Good Sunday to all! :)
Today, I want to please you with my favorite Italian dessert "Tiramisu"
Tiramisu
Ingredients:
Coffee - 50 gram
Water - 350 mL
White sugar - 60 grams
Egg yolk - 3 pcs.
Mascarpone - 400 grams
Powdered sugar - 30 grams
Cold cream - 250 grams
Sponge cookies (cookies savoiardi) - 200-300 grams
Rum 40 ml (I did not have rum and liqueur I used a cream-50ml)
Cocoa powder

1. To start brew the coffee with 350 grams of boiled water, cool coffee.
2. Add to it the cream liqueur.





















3. In a water bath whisk 3 egg yolks, adding sugar to them.




















4. Beat until the mixture is light and thick.
5. Then remove the yolks from the water bath and whisk until cooled.
























6. To the yolks, add the mascarpone cheese
* When I first tried mascarpone,I don`t like him at all, too greasy. But when I tried cream (yolks + sugar + mascarpone), I was on the 7 skies unrivaled tastes. This cream can be used for almost all kinds of cakes :)























7. Separately, whip the cold cream with powdered sugar until thick
* I do not understand why you need to beat it with powdered sugar? So I added to the cream of regular white sugar. After 10 minutes of whipping cream, I realized my mistake. Powdered sugar - very light and does not get up and whipped cream. I turned liquid consistency of cream, but that did not stop me and I proceeded to make tiramisu. We learn from our mistakes, right? :)
8. To the cream add the cream and mix gently.





















9. At the bottom of the mold lay 1/3 creme.
10. Soak quick the biscuits in a cold coffee and lay on top of the cream.
* Should be done fast because the cookies are very easy and quickly absorbs fluid, it will fall apart in your hands. Do not worry, it's not hard to do ;)





















11. Put the cookies on another third of cream, again a layer of pastry on top and the last part of the cream.





















12. Sprinkle on top of the entire surface of the cocoa powder and send in the refrigerator overnight.

* As you can see my cream was very thin cream like yogurt, so I wasn't hoping for good result. But in the morning, when I pulled out a tiramisu, I was surprised. Biscuits absorbed cream and I managed to cut it even. Only at the bottom of the form remains the part of the cream, but I watered them as tiramisu sauce :)
