Ingredients:
Yeast - 7 gr
Milk - 250 ml
White Sugar - 250 g
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Flour
Butter - 150 gr.
Cinnamon - 2 tsp

1. First, over medium heat warm the milk (but not bring it to a boil).
2. Add the melted butter, salt and sugar (only 150 grams, the rest of us will need for the filling)
3. Mix well, remove from heat and cool to room temperature
4. Add the yeast and stir until they dissolve.
5. Then add the eggs and flour (small portions)
* I did not write the list of ingredients as you will need flour, because it depends on the type of flour from the dough PS already wrote about it below in the previous recipe.
6. Knead the dough, but not strong enough.

7. Put the dough in our vessels, cover bowl with warm towel or cloth and put in a warm place so that the dough has risen by 2 times (it takes about 1 hour)
* Almost all recipes says "Put in a warm place" and all! But where to find if you do not have something warm. My mom knows many culinary secrets and she advised me something: take great pan, run water in it, put a little fire and on the other side close the lid, put the dough on the pan and set the result is guaranteed!
8. Now Divide the dough into 2 pieces and start roll out it in a big oval. At this time, turn on the oven to 180 degrees
9. Anoint the dough with oil and sprinkle it on the surface of the dry mixture (100 g. Sugar + 2 tsp cinnamon)

The first time I waited a mere 10 min. and second party did as was written in recipe. I then I saw a huge difference. YANA! These look amazing! I'm definitely going to try these. I just have to convert the measurements to American measurement. Lolol. You could also drizzle some vanilla frosting over them. That would be good! Just scoop some in a bowl, microwave it for about 5 or 10 seconds, and then drizzle it over them. :D
